- The small size makes it fit almost anywhere

- It even has an optical output. Only problem is that ther's a switch to toggle from analog to digital, would be cool if both would work at the same time so you could listen through the analog output while driving and record via optical at the same time. Anyway, you can plug an optical cable in and record onto a portable unit...

- Except for that dumb switch, the only con is that the unit can't be mounted on it's side
