I pop the hood on an organization's internal systems and tinker with the engine to improve performance, efficiency, and delivery of their mission.

I'm originally from Concord, Massachusetts, and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in architecture. After moving back to Boston, I worked at an architectural firm for a few years but wasn't finding it satisfying. Then I took a chance and switched careers to be an AmeriCorps*VISTA with Massachusetts Campus Compact, spending a year working at Wentworth Institute of Technology. With my year of service completed, I was hired on at Citizen Schools, a national nonprofit focused on education reform, where I successfully implemented multiple org-wide business process systems.

I'm now a full-time student at Boston University, working towards dual degrees: an MBA in Public and Nonprofit Management and a Masters in Information Systems.
